After having a successful 15 years in recruitment I decided to set up Only Social Care as a specialist recruitment agency for qualified social workers. Since the company was formed in January 2017 we have established ourselves as one of the top recruiters in the country and one of the fastest growing companies in our area. I take great pride in seeing others achieve their targets and personal goals and in the culture we have created as a company enabling people to feel respected, empowered and safe within the workplace.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the cinema and trying to play golf.
