About the Role:
Central Bedfordshire Council are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join their dedicated Integrated Front Door Team.
Contracted Hours – 37 hours per week (Full-Time)
💼Key Responsibilities:
- Screening high level contact referrals
- Analysing risk on safeguarding referrals and making recommendations about what level of support children and families need
- Providing support and guidance to qualified and otherwise qualified workers and supervising Referral and Advice Officers
- Completing additional tasks such as leading on workstreams or programmes of development for the team
- Completing additional tasks such as Court requests, liaising with other Local Authorities and completing information requests
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Registered with Social Work England
- Eligible to work in the UK
