About the role:
We are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to work in our clients Referral & Assessment Team based in South Tyneside.
You will be an experienced and motivated Social Workers to join our expanding team in Gateshead. The team consists of adolescent social workers, Edge of Care advocates, homeless prevention workers and a specialist exploitation Workers. The team specialises in harm outside the home and our edge of care advocates work intensively alongside both social workers and families to prevent teenagers coming into care and empowering families to create their own network of support. The team have a weekly multi-agency systemic unit meeting and peer mapping with the Police which gives the opportunity for joint peer reflection on families we are supporting and the worries we may be facing as a team.
You Will Need To Be:
- A qualified Social Worker
- Social Work England Registered
- Eligible to work in the U.K
- A full UK license holder
