About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Team Manager to join the Locality Team at Leeds City Council.
Contracted Hours : 37 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Referrals, through Assessment & Child in Needs, strategy discussion, S47 to Child Protection, Pre-Proceedings through court proceedings into permanace and adoption.
- Practicing in line with the councils restoritive and family led approach.
- manage and influence team culture
- support with performance, case decision making and outcome focussed supervision.
- Manage staff welfare, performance and HR.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Registered with Social Work England
- Eligible to work in the UK
