About the Role:
This role involves supporting care experienced young people (16-25) within Lincolnshire and also out of county in order to help them achieve their aspirations and goals.
It involves working with partner agencies, networks and young people to achieve this.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, managing and prioritising own workloads and those of others, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring performance targets are met.
- Planning, prioritising and organising workload to meet required deadlines.
- To work on own intiative and prioritise own workload so that all projects receive equal support.
- To communicate clearly and effectively with individuals with differing levels of understanding and communication skills.
- To produce clear and accurate written communication.
- To effectively manage own workload, prioritising effectively and consistently meeting deadlines.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to effectively manage diverse workloads, completing priorities within tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Requires a level of safeguarding of children and adults knowledge
- A good level of IT knowledge and an ability to use systems such as word, outlook and specialist systems (training will be provided)
- Requires workers to have an open mind and work in a trauma informed way
- Eligible to work in the UK
