About the Role:
Liverpool City Council are looking for a Principal Practice Lead to join their Workforce Academy.
In this role, you will be supporting the Head of Service of Workforce Development and Learning.
Contracted Hours: 35 hours per week (Full-Time)
đź’ĽKey Responsibilities:
- Champion excellent professional alternatively qualified practice and development at a regional and national level
- Provide operational and motivational leadership of the alternatively qualified workforce, enabling an effective working environment in which high quality practice can flourish
- Lead and support the implementation of Families First Programme
- Take a key role in the planning, design and delivery and evaluate training opportunities for all learners
- Undertaking audits and QA to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of work undertaken to identify changes required to increase practice standards and outcomes
 Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Registered with Social Work England
- Eligible to work in the UK
