About the Role:
We are seeking an Assistant Team Manager to join our dedicated Mental Health Social Care Team at the London Borough of Sutton.
Reporting to the Team Manager, you will support team operations, staff support and workload allocation. You will provide ongoing supervision to staff, provide duty manager cover and offer guidance while leveraging the expertise of the Team Manager for support on complex cases. Additionally, you will contribute to ensuring that commissioned services are cost-effective and, where appropriate, participate in the co-production of service improvements with service users and family care.
Contracted Hours –Â 36 hours per week (Full-Time)

- Qualified Social Worker
- Registered with Social Work England
- Eligible to work in the UK
