About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our dedicated Safeguarding Team at Trafford Council.
Must have experience in safeguarding enquires and completing Section 42 safeguarding enquires, it is essential that all social workers are legally literate and can demonstrate a clear understanding of the legislative framework they will be working within.
The ability to attend the office is a requirement for this role, particularly during the initial induction and training period. While there may be opportunities to move to a hybrid model later on, all successful candidates will initially be expected to work full-time in the office (5 days a week), with a transition to 3 days in-office once we are confident in their knowledge and performance.

- Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
- Eligible to work in the UK
