About the Role:
This role offers strong professional support, including regular reflective supervision, a structured induction with shadowing opportunities, and monthly group supervision. You’ll work within an experienced, supportive team, with accessible managers and senior Personal Advisors. The team is based in a dedicated hub for care leavers, open Monday to Friday, providing a dynamic and collaborative working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keeping in touch visits and recording of these
- Use of liquid logic
- Attendance at reflective group supervision
- Completion of risk assessment and co-ordination of the team around a care leaver
- Support the team manager in processing pathway planning for seperated young people
- Open to monthly case supervision involving reflection
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Experience of Pathway Planning and Pathway Plan Review meetings
- Registered with Social Work England
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Full UK Driving License
